It was truly a pleasure working with Bayview. Sue was our project manager, and did not try any high pressure sales or hovering about. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen efficiently and with a smile. Not only did we get our carpet installed weeks earlier than expected, but Bill and Jovon our installers were incredible! They showed up on time, respected our property, had great senses of humor and left our home better than they found it. What more could you ask for?

Donovan Wix did and excellent job installing our Coretec flooring on our stairs. He is very conscientious on the installation, cleanup and making sure every was done to perfection. In addition, Donovan is very personable and is a pleasure to work with.

Kevin and Luke installed our downstairs bedroom carpet. They did an excellent job and worked well together. They were really friendly, answered any of our questions, were very polite and helped us out a lot. The other person that we feel really good about and helped us enormously in the sales dept was Lynndsay Carlson. We will always recommend your business to other people when asking for a good carpet place.

Wow! Very impressed from the minute we went into Bay View Flooring and many thanks to the following employees. We appreciate working with Jason and his expert advice on floor cover, scheduling with Sarah, (and going over several questions), delivery of floor cover by Josh and installation by Johnny, Abe and Josh. Johnny, Abe and Josh were very professional, friendly, considerate and did a great job installing our floor cover. They explained the installation process, kept workspace neat and clean and most of all very considerate to us and our dog, Maizey.

Bay View were an excellent company to work with from start to finish. Our project manager Jim Harker was knowledgeable and very helpful directing us in our selection process. The scheduler was very good inher communication. Our installer Donovan was incredible. His work was impeccable and he was super easy to work with. He takes pride in his work and was the ultimate professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a LVT project.

Jim Harper is personable, helpful and professional. Working with him on our carpet project was pleasure. Everything went well. In addition Bill, our installer, was friendly and professional. We’re completely satisfied with his installation work. He worked steadily and completed the installation in good time. Thanks to Jim and Bill and the in-store staff for a pleasant experience, including the lady who worked with me for scheduling. We will definitely go back to Bay View for our next carpet project.

I had carpet that over time stretched and created waves that were a tripping hazard. I contacted BayView's manager, Jake to see what could be done. Not only did he personally inspect the carpet but sent an excellent installer to fix the issues. The installer did wonderful job getting my carpet looking brand new. I give them both 5 stars!

Donavon was very attentive and even told my husband about an upcoming pow wow in Harbor Springs and my husband attended for the first time in 33 years.
Work was impeccable and we didn’t almost didn’t need molding.
Our builder will need to ask him to come back due to an adjustment.

Jim, our Project Manager, as well as Johnny & Abe, our installers, were FAN-TAS-TIC! They communicate well, are very knowledgeable and professional, and they all go the “extra mile” from start to finish. Of course, I should add that the product itself is high quality and beautiful. We swapped out dog urine-stained shag carpeting for LVP “Ozark Hickory” flooring in the basement and a tight-weave berber carpet for the stairs. What a difference! We will definitely be using Bay View Flooring again. (See before & after photos)

Our experience was very positive from working with Jim, our salesperson, to Donovan who put in the flooring. We have a house that is over 150 years old so it was not an easy house to work with, but it all came together beautifully. Jim was attentive, professional, social and timely with our needs and getting things complete. Donovan was wonderful to work with in our home and his attention to detail and making the floor look perfect was very much appreciated. The only recommendation we had was to have more of the team come out at the measuring stage, especially with an old house, to make sure that the quote was incorporating everything that was needed up front. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and the team we worked with and would recommend Bayview Flooring!

We also really appreciate your suggestion about the measuring stage. It’s a fair point, especially with older homes where there can be more variables to uncover. Having additional eyes on a project earlier can help us identify those details and build a more complete quote from the start. It’s helpful feedback for our team and something we can learn from.

Thanks to Jodie Schwandt, my flooded lower level is back to use. she worked around my installation of a sump pump and painting.
Johnny and Abe who put in my flooring were very considerate and did a great job in a more challenging room.

Bayview flooring went above and BEYOND with carpeting my cottage in Northern Michigan. The entire team worked extra hard in a difficult situation. Sarah exceeded expectations on timing and got me on the schedule quicker than I had imagined. Jodie was tireless in helping to solve problems that were larger than anticipated!
