Our experience was very positive from working with Jim, our salesperson, to Donovan who put in the flooring. We have a house that is over 150 years old so it was not an easy house to work with, but it all came together beautifully. Jim was attentive, professional, social and timely with our needs and getting things complete. Donovan was wonderful to work with in our home and his attention to detail and making the floor look perfect was very much appreciated. The only recommendation we had was to have more of the team come out at the measuring stage, especially with an old house, to make sure that the quote was incorporating everything that was needed up front. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and the team we worked with and would recommend Bayview Flooring!

We also really appreciate your suggestion about the measuring stage. It’s a fair point, especially with older homes where there can be more variables to uncover. Having additional eyes on a project earlier can help us identify those details and build a more complete quote from the start. It’s helpful feedback for our team and something we can learn from.

Thanks to Jodie Schwandt, my flooded lower level is back to use. she worked around my installation of a sump pump and painting.
Johnny and Abe who put in my flooring were very considerate and did a great job in a more challenging room.

We’re so glad Jodie could work around the sump pump installation, painting, and everything else you had going on to help put the pieces back together. Bayview flooring went above and BEYOND with carpeting my cottage in Northern Michigan. The entire team worked extra hard in a difficult situation. Sarah exceeded expectations on timing and got me on the schedule quicker than I had imagined. Jodie was tireless in helping to solve problems that were larger than anticipated! And Bill....well, he was a saint to work in less than good circumstances and made sure that every inch of the carpet was matched perfectly. Thanks Team Bayview! We had the pleasure of working with Lynndsay Carlson for our new kitchen flooring and back splash. She went above and beyond finding a replacement tile when our first choice was discontinued. The tile is perfect and provides the pop of color we were looking for.

We had our living room re-carpeted by Bay View Flooring. James and Paul were due to arrive today to do the install between 8:30 and 9:00 am. They arrived at 8:32! Who does that?! Both men were very efficient and courteous… our cockapoo even liked them… and she’s very picky. The living room turned out very nice… from the purchase, Jodie was our salesperson , to the installation, the process was very good.

The carpet that I recently ordered was installed by Scott in just one day. He was very professional and knowledgable. He cleaned up after himself and I am thrilled with the final product. Scott came back the next day with Malcom to lay the laminate flooring in the entryway. Again, I am awed with the workmanship and will highly recommend Scott and America's Carpet Barn. THANK YOU!!

We had a great experience with Bay View flooring from beginning to end. Our salesperson Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making our flooring selection.
Our installer was Donovan. It would take a whole page to describe how impressed we were with him! Not only was he meticulous & knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, but he was also extremely kind and personable while maintaining total professionalism. If we have any additional floor work to do, we'll be requesting Donovan!

We could not be happier with the great customer service that Bayview provides after the sale process. They installed carpet, flooring and tile work on a home built 4 years ago. Bayview responded very quickly to resolve some minor issues over the years. They have a great selection of products and the sales staff provided great suggestions.

We have worked with Maggie in the sales department on two flooring projects and couldn't be happier. Donavon and John recently installed new carpet and did a fantastic job. Bought hole house vinyl planking 4 years ago from Bayview. Had several planks come loose from tabs breaking. Come to find out that not enough floor leveling was done which caused a 1/4 or more flex. The 2 guys that showed up named Donavon and John took the time to figure what the problem was. Not a quick fix that originally thought. They went ahead and re leveled the flooring and reinstalled flooring. Luckily for me I had 3 boxes leftover from original install. The warranty on install was over but Bayview agreed to fix it for a reasonable fee. It was a hard repair and I am glad these 2 showed up and took care of it. I don't no what you pay them but it's not enough for the quality work they do. I don't think I will have any more floor issues now. Thanks Bayview flooring for stepping up. Brothers Donavon and John were awesome. They were great to work with, did an outstanding job, paid close attention to detail and left the construction area spotless.
