As the new owners of Bay View Flooring, we, Jonathan and Margaret, are excited to continue the legacy that Tim and Kathy Hyland built over the years. Tim and Kathy Hyland bring nearly 40 years of experience in the flooring industry. Together we owned and operated Floor Covering Brokers in Traverse City for 20 years before selling the business in 2004. After a brief semi-retirement, we decided to return to our passion for flooring and founded Bay View Flooring in 2011.

Bay View Flooring is a trusted retail flooring source, known for its exceptional service and expertise. Our sales team is highly experienced, providing knowledgeable guidance to our customers. We also take pride in our in-house installation teams, who work out of clean, well-maintained trucks. As a family-owned and operated business, we are committed to delivering the highest quality service and craftsmanship to our community.
